Where to find Hunan/Gigi’s Return of the Phoenix?

This may be a long shot, but there used to be a restaurant in Post Oak called Hunan owned by James Huang, which had the greatest lettuce wraps and sesame chicken (Return of the Phoenix). My family and I would go there to celebrate any special occasion or even just a weekend dinner. It closed in the late 2000s or so and I was devastated. Another location in Downtown had also opened but that didn't last too long. Then his daughter, Gigi Huang, opened Gigi's at the Galleria in 2008 and it tasted exactly like Hunan! The same scrumptious sesame chicken and the same scrumptious lettuce wraps. Unfortunately, that closed some time ago also.

Ever since then, I've been on a quest to find these two dishes again. I also checked the restaurants the former executive chef of Gigi's opened in hopes of him having stolen the recipe and started serving it on his own, but alas to no prevail. The only Return of the Phoenix I know of right now is at Hobby Airport which is inaccessible and not good anyways.

Any help to fulfill this decade long craving will be appreciated.
