Where to donate plastic wear and To-go utensils in the wrapper?

I’ve searched and didn’t find anything. Would shelters take this? We don’t want to throw them all away, we usually tell restaurants we don’t want it and get it anyway. There’s easily a paper grocery bag full of wrapped plastic ware/napkins etc. Any thoughts would be helpful.
