Where to donate medical stuff?

My sister bought a house on my street from an elderly couple. There are a bunch of walkers, wheel chairs, Oxygen tanks, shower stuff for disabled bodies. I would rather donate it to somewhere where other people need can get it vs goodwill where they’ll sell it. Is it even possible to donate unused oxygen tanks and accessories?
