Where to donate food that is open on weekends?

It’s for some reason super difficult for me to find a food pantry that accepts donations on Saturday or Sunday. These are my only off days, and all food banks online show as closed on these days.

Im in the south houston area by pearland, so preferably not anywhere downtown
