Where to buy college apparel in the Memorial area?

I’m visiting H-town from Mexico and staying in The Villages. I want to take a gift to my teenage house sitter and thought a sweatshirt with a USA college logo would be something no one else would have and be special. Went to Academy Sports and it was 95% pro sports (which can be found on Amazon Mexico,) and what little they had for TU and Houston Cougs was cheaply made and short sleeved.

Any suggestions where to look other than have to drive to the U of H campus?
