Where to Adopt Out Cats in this Area?

I like in the Southbelt/Ellington area. I have lived in Texas less than a year, and I noticed how many stray cats there are. I have been looking to adopt out these strays, but I'm having no luck. I have both cats and kittens. If anyone can recommend any websites, social media groups/pages, or even no-kill shelters, that would be much appreciated.
