Where is the best restaurant to spend $200 for 2 ($100 pp)?

My work gave me a gift of $200 on my corporate card to spend at any restaurant in Houston. Where is the best valued restaurant to spend this at? I don’t want to spend much more than the $200.

We also don’t drink alcohol, so just considering the cost of food.
