Where is nice bday breakfast place open early? Help please

It’s a family friends bday tmrw she’s in high school and I’m taking her tmrw morning. I want to take her somewhere nice but the only problem is idk anywhere open at 6:30 am ish. In southwest area any advice would be greatly appreciated !
