Where is Christian Javier

Orioles fan here and avid fantasy baseball player. Where is Christian Javier?!?! After owning him as a starter then as a stash hoping the ‘stros would put him back starting where he belongs, why do they keep holding this kid back? Seems like one of their best starters and one of the most underutilized pitchers in baseball. Sure Garcia is decent but then throwing Odorizzi in there?! Doesn’t make sense. Stunting this kid’s growth with a lack of role. Can’t help but think Javier would have faired better in those first two innings. Go Astros, Red Sox suck!
