Where & how can I get into a Houston rag house

Hey y’all, I’m looking to check out some rag houses in Houston to buy clothing for resale. I’ve tried reaching out to a few places, but I’m having trouble getting in touch.

Does anyone know good rag houses in the area and how to get access to them? Any tips for first-timers? Appreciate any help!
