Where do locals go for bun Bo hue?

Last time we visited Houston we tried two bowls bun bo hue and absolutely loved it! Portion was insane and the broth was rich and spicy! Loved all of the meats and pork blood.

I see that the two popular places are Bún Bò Huế Đức Chương Midnight & Bun Bo Hue Co Do

Which one is better and since both have multiple locations, which location?
