Where do I dispose of a horrifying deep freezer?

I’m taking advantage of the weather and cleaning out the garage today. Lo and behold, my deep freeze has been on a tripped breaker for what I would assume, based on smell, is months.

Where can I get rid of this thing at? Any disposal places that will deal with smells and slimes that God intended no man to interact with?
