Where can my gf make friends?

I am currently overseas on deployment, my gf (25) often FaceTimes me and starts crying because she feels lonely. She never really had friends besides me.

She teaches special education kids at a public school, not really a clubbing chick, but she does has interests in going out, but has no friends. I bought her a planet fitness membership to keep her busy, and she’s also into fitness. She mentioned interest in tennis but doesn’t know how to play. Since they’ll be off for summer vacation she was also looking for a part time job. I suggested being a bartender and then she might make some friends at work there?

I am just trying to help her out but have no clue from the other side of the world. Anyone has experience with bumble friends mode (not dating) lol? Obviously female friends around the same age. Thanks
