Where can I get this kind of Spicy Tuna roll in Houston?

My favorite spicy tuna roll used to be from michiru in the greenway area off of Timmons and Norfolk but they closed down, and I have yet to find something similar. I’m kinda picky about it— I prefer the tuna to be cut into chunks rather than a super fine cut, and I like it to be mixed with spicy mayo rather than a spicy powder. Kokoro is the closest I’ve seen.
