where can i get mystery tattoo/gumball machine tattoo in Houston?

my boyfriend and i are looking for a tattoo shop that offers mystery tattoos! like the ones from a gumball machine/get what you get tattoos. Max $50, somewhere around University of Houston, Montrose, Pasadena area, or somewhere relatively close to those areas.
