Where can I get a vehicle inspection done with a check engine light?

I am leaving the country in a couple of weeks and my registration expired at the beginning of the month. I have an engine light on due to a bad Catalytic Converter. I don’t have the time to get fixed before I leave. Does anyone know of a place who can help me get this sorted out as quickly as possible? Any help will be beyond appreciated. I just don’t want to get a ticket or a court date right before I leave..
