Where can I find work that pays well?

I’ve been living here almost three years and I can’t find consistent work or a good paying job. I’m starting to consider Getting my adjuster license but I’m in a situation where I need a job very badly right now.

I’ve considered moving but my only option is to go back to my s**t hole hometown in east texas..and I promised my self I’ll never go back no matter how much I struggle so could you guys PLEASE HELP ME FIND A GOOD JOB
