Where can I find non-credit continuing education (like the old Leisure Learning)?

Does anyone know of a Leisure Learning-type organization that offers adult non-credit continuing education? I know Leisure Learning went out of business back in 2017. So, I'm looking for something similar in the Houston area where I can take interesting classes without the expense and formalities of attending an accredited college/university.
