Where can I find almond powder

I’m looking for almond powder to use in a pancake recipe. Important to note: this is not almond flour. The difference, apparently, is that almond flour had had the oils removed and is a much finer grain. Almond powder is used a lot in French pastry so I’m hoping maybe someone knows some specialty store where they can find it or maybe I’m just an idiot and have been overlooking it at HEB.
