Where can I find affodable mental health care?

I have been wanting to see phycologist or psychiatrist for what I feel is depression and other issues. I have been putting it off for past 3 years since it is just so expensive. But I don't think I can put it off anymore. I need to talk to someone to get some direction and reassurance in my life. I feel lost and have no motivation at all. I am hoping there are some affordable options available. I cannot afford to pay $150 to $200 every other week.
