Where can I find a White Dress for Elopement??

Hi! So I'm from Houston but I currently live in Orlando. My boyfriend recently proposed to me after years of dating. We were previously planning on getting married in Texas before he ships out to basic for the Navy.

We had been waiting for the Navy to approve his medical waiver for his Asthma and they decided to take their sweet time on it. A couple of weeks ago they finally approved the waiver but also essentially moved up his ship out date. That means we are getting married a bit sooner than expected, leading us to decide to do a courthouse ceremony.

Right now, I'm having issues finding a white dress. I've been searching shops all over Orlando but haven't been able to find a decent dress. I am also super concerned with ordering online because I always have bad luck with something coming in broken, the quality being horrid compared to the listing, or the dress not shipping out in enough time. I'm 4'10" so a long dress is out of the question since we won't have time to alter it.

All of this to say, does anyone have any idea where I can find nice white dress that's not a full blown wedding gown? When I'm searching for shops in Houston, I'm just flooded with fullblown bridal shops.
