Where can I find a dog to hang out with/walk

I’m visiting from abroad for work for 4 weeks In my home country we have borrow my doggy which is an app that connects you with people so you can walk their dogs! I really miss my dog, is there anything similar here? I’ve looked at shelters, but lots of them have a long induction process and require longer term commitment which I can’t offer as I don’t actually live here 🙁
