Where are the water fountains around the bayous

I enjoy long runs around White Oak and Buffalo Bayou. One thing that always bugs me is that there are no water fountains between Stude Park through downtown and to the Cistern/skatepark. This is maybe 3miles plus of no obvious water fountains. Does anyone know of some close by? I have walked around much of UHD without luck.
