Where are the barbers that know how to cut mid length hair on top?

Barbers are great with clippers but I’ve yet to find one who can do a low skin fade and scissor taper it off without going to a #2 guard on the sides.

Also cut the top but no one seems to point cut to add texture for longer hair on top.

Suggestions? Referrals?
