Alright so here are my only possible options:

• Buena Vista
• 910 Apartments
• Cambury Place
• Trails at Dominion Park
• Bella Vita
• Salado at Cityview

Yep, they're all either Cypress Station or Greenspoint. Everywhere else with availability is too expensive. I've checked the complexes with income restrictions but there's no availability. If anyone's got opinions on any of these, I'm all ears!

Tl;Dr How do I not become a victim of crime when I inevitably move to Greenspoint or Cypress Station because everywhere else is too expensive? *cries*
