When will the coaching staff write off Mills?

Obviously Mills is NOT the guy. Kyle Allen was a decent quarterback in Washington. I think a better quarterback than Mills. Are we in full tank mode to get another QB in the draft? I don’t believe Lovie is because that defense is stout. Lovie doesn’t want to be another Culley and be booted after only one season. So why not start Allen? Thoughts?
