When will I get my test results its been almost 2 weeks

Got tested Monday 7/20 at a mobile testing site on Westheimer tollway the guy who did my test said it should be 4-5 business days, today makes 9 I’ve made the stupid myquest account and requested my results and all it does is send me a link to the billing department, is there a phone number to call or someway to expedite this?
