Wheeler defeats Noack in race for Montgomery County Precinct 3 commissioner
Ritch Wheeler received a majority of votes in the Republican primary for Montgomery County Precinct 3 commissioner, defeating incumbent James Noack with all 113 county precincts reporting election day results.
