What’s your favorite theme weekend at the TX Renaissance Festival?

Long time Houstonian- first time attendant to the festival this season. I’ve been reading details in the official website and can’t decide what weekend to attend. I know I could go more than once but doubt that will happen. I’m looking for the most medieval experience. What do y’all recommend? 🏰
