What’s wrong with Houston?

Hey guys, I just moved here around 2 weeks ago, I’m having a really hard time driving over here, people can’t drive at all. Moving lanes without looking? Without signaling? Also one wrong turn on the GPS and it adds 30 minutes more to your trip. Don’t forget the extremely weird weather, weird one way roads. Any tips for someone new driving here?
