What’s wrong with 59 north between beltway 8 and gessner?

Right after you pass beltway 8 going northbound from Stafford, the lanes are all kinds of messed up. Almost looks like the asphalt has worn away or something. It was the right 3 lanes when I drove a few weeks ago, and this week it’s spanning all the lanes? Wtf is going on
