What’s with all this we can’t rebuild in a year talk?

Look at the 2011 to 2012 (FT)Colts. The final year in Indy when Manning got hurt and couldn't play the team was terrible. Bottom 5 in so many categories especially offense.

ONE good off-season including a draft class with a good qb (not great) and a few extra later round picks and they go from worst to back to back 11-5 seasons. Not saying it's easy but it's for sure doable… Especially if we get multiple 1st and 2nd rounders for unloading Watson and who else we ship out between now and may.
