What’s up with USPS / North Houston Distribution Center?

Afternoon ya'll,

I know there were lots of issues at the end of last year but I never had problems getting packages. Up until last week when I stopped getting mail scans in Informed Delivery and have had a package stuck at North Houston Distribution Center for 4 days. Anybody know what the actual issue is beyond "processing delays"?
