What’s up with the recycle trash pickups??

It's supposed to come by every other week right?? But sometimes they just won't. It's never gone more than 2 cycles in a row without them picking it up but still it's a huge inconvenience. It happens very often too. Does this happen in yalls areas too?? Is there someone to complain to or does that not matter????
