What’s up with the race track on 45?

We were coming back into town yesterday when we hit Huntsville the cars were whizzing by and we were going 5 over the speed limit.

It was pretty constant until we hit downtown, cars whizzing by and weaving in and out of traffic and it wasn’t just one or even a dozen cars, what the hell??

Granted we don’t usually come in that way but I swear I don’t remember the racetrack last time we came down 45.
