What’s the word..Downing Street Social Club??

Overhead a conversation and it got me curious.. anyone know how much it actually costs to be a member here? Or what the vibe is like? I don't know anywhere else in the loop that even offers the same kind of multi-venue hangout like their website claims.. any information much appreciated!!!
