What’s the state of IAH terminal C?

I fly out this Thursday morning with young kids and a lot of items that go with it. What’s the state of terminal C these days? I would normally park at B and walk over but it’s going to be difficult with my luggage and small children. Wondering if I should just budget anther hour.
