What’s the spiciest food you’ve eaten in Houston?

Looking for actual spicy food but that’s also good. There doesn’t seem to be much around.

Some things I’ve tried so far: Hot chicken sandwiches at their hottest levels(howdys, micos, clutch city, Dave’s etc)

Thai food at the spiciest level at several spots(street food, Thai gourmet and more but open to other thai suggestions)

Ghost pepper beef noodle at tiger noodle

A whole lot of Sichuan food

Indian/south asain food(agas, bandu khan, himilaya)
