What’s the issue with the OL coaching?

There’s obviously an issue with the OL that goes beyond the players. We have a first round pick and one of the best LT (historically) that are both playing terribly. It seems like Strausser and Slowik are actively killing our line. How do yall think the poor coaching is showing up outside of games?
