What’s the future of this team?

I do think it's going to be fine long term. We've been missing 2 of our starters (Luis and Lance) and many of our pitchers last year regressed a bit (and we still made it 1 game shy of the WS). I'm curious (as a generally casual fan) how good are our prospects? and how will we be able to resign everyone?
