What’s the deal with Pedro Leon?

The kid has made good strides at the plate. Batting over 300, 16 homers ,69 rbis, and over 900 OPS just past the half way mark. Strikeout rate isn’t great but still improved. He’s versatile and got all the tools for a good to above average outfielder. So why hasn’t there been any talk of bringing him up?
