What’s the best Vietnamese food places in H 2021

Most of the posts on this are old and we lost so much in the past year. What's left? I live in the heights but will go to the west side etc for good food. I loved Van LOC and I frequented the Vietnamese restaurant on main and when they moved to the heights. Both are gone. What's out there in 2021?
