What’s the best/scariest haunted house in and around Houston?

I've plundered a few websites for their ratings but it always helps to just ask Houstonians directly. The ones that keep coming up are 13th Floor, Dungeon of Doom in Kemah, the Terror Dome and Phobia (which I've been to). Some of them I've never heard of, like Redrum Fear Park and Purgatory Scream Park.

I used to go to Screamworld every Halloween (like 5 years in a row once), but it's apparently defunct. No idea if Phobia is still great. 13th floor evidently is always promising but I've somehow never been.

What are your thoughts?
