What’s the best / most cost effective fireworks store now that the 4th is approaching?

I'm specifically in the Cypress area but wouldn't mind driving.

In past years I've gone to / heard of the below places. Top Dog had a great selection but I feel like prices were slightly higher but may have been offset by BOGO deals. Kool fireworks on the other hand had good online ordering and easy pickup but only sales for the $95 Qty. (4) 500g cakes. Has anyone used Elite Fireworks or are there other places you'd recommend?
