What’s the bag policy at Toyota center?

What is the current bag policy at the Houston Toyota center?

The website says: Event’s link leads me to a link that says: Clear Bag 12 x 12 x 6

But then another link says:

7.75" x 5.25" x 2.25"

So is it the larger size for clear bags and smaller size for non clear bags?
