What’s it like living in Houston in comparison to NYC, LA and Chicago?

I currently live in Zurich, Switzerland.

Have been asking myself lately which of the four cities has the best quality of life in terms of rent/property prices, quality of food/variety of restaurants, job opportunities, art&cultural scene, taxes, weather, education, healthcare, infrastructure as in electricity, water supply and public transport.
