What’s happening to this team?

We trade our best player arguably and don’t even get a first round pick while Diggs is traded for one. (Did OB call one team and just trade him right away?) We are signing players to big contracts who are washed up or haven’t nearly performed to their pay, and we are letting go of players like Reader who played amazing last season. What’s going on? It genuinely feels like OB is purposely screwing this franchise and I’m just very confused. This shouldn’t even be allowed to happen what are the Mcnairs and butt chin doing to this team?
