What’s going on at Spec’s Downtown?

Just finished dinner in Midtown and drove by Spec’s. Seems like the people waiting in line are in it for the long haul with tents and camping supplies, so I was just wondering what they were waiting for and figured the internet might know! Thanks in advance!
