What’s going on at NRG Stadium?

I know the rodeo starts this weekend, but there has been music blasting all night (02/21) from the stadium that keeps stopping for a few minutes at a time before starting again. The stadium website says there’s no events this evening; I feel like this happens periodically and I can never find out what was happening. Anyone know what’s up?
