What’s behind Smither Park?

I saw a few people go behind the fence at smither park and into an old warehouse(loading deck maybe idk) and it was really weird. There were old art cars with their windshields busted and glass everywhere and a toilet so disgusting it must’ve not been touched in years. There was also a little bar that said “the dew drop inn” that I couldn’t find anything online about. Any idea what this is or what it used to be? Or if it’s a future extension of the park or the orange house?
